You acknowledge receipt of the Loaner System listed below which at Dermasweep’s discretion may be new or refurbished, and agree to return it to Dermasweep(i) no more than five (5) days from the date Dermasweep delivers your new or repaired system.
From the date on which you receive the Loaner System through the Return Date, title to the Loaner System shall at all times remain vested in Dermasweep.
In the event of a Loaner System provided during repairs, The Loaner System is offered to you while your Customer System is serviced by Dermasweep. Dermasweep will return the Customer System to you after service has been completed, the Loaner System has been returned and all outstanding payments are settled.
In the event of a Loaner System provided while waiting for delivery and installation of System 2.0, the loaner system provided will be available for your use until delivery/training is provided on the system 2.0. Any repairs necessary on the loaner system will be treated just as any device with full warranty for the duration of the loan.
We provided system 1.0 loaner systems for our system 2.0 customers for use in your practice so that you could begin to immediately earn income on a Dermasweep system and get familiar with our treatment infusion products and technique ahead of the availability of your system 2.0.
We do understand the delay of system purchases due to Covid-19 impacting manufacturing and supply chains is frustrating. While we regret the inconvenience of system delay deliveries, the Force Majeure event known as Covid 19 is beyond our control and we’ll be doing our best to get back into production and deliver units at our earliest availability. That timeline remains a moving target due to supply chain delays and the status of our ability to open in our home state.
In the event that you decide to cancel your system 2.0 purchase you may apply any down payment made on the System 2.0 toward the purchase of the loaner system 1.0 provided and continue to use that system in your practice receiving a 25% discount on all future consumable purchases for the life of that system 1.0 device.
Should you decide to go ahead with a full system 2.0 purchase cancellation, any/all cancelled system purchases are subject to our system cancellation policy.
Accordingly, be advised that in the event of a system 2.0 purchase cancellation, per our cancellation policy, if you have been provided with a fully operational system 1.0 device for use in your practice then you are responsible for the cost of any consumables used and the monthly use of the device will be charged against the purchase price or down payment of the system at a rate of $500/month use fee plus a 20% cancellation processing fee. Additionally if you have been supplied product initially at no charge we do charge 50% of the consumables cost in the event of a full system 2.0 cancellation. However, if you return unused/unopened consumable product with a minimum of 6 months left before the expiration date we will not charge you for that product, provided its returned undamaged.
Please also be advised due to Covid-19 closures we may not be able to process any refunds on systems until we have been able to fully reopen for 90-150 days of a sustained reopening.
Also please note, in the event of cancellation, customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return items should be professionally packed for shipment so all items are returned in the same condition in which they were received. If any items are returned damaged then the cost for repairs will be deducted against any refund.
Return items must be shipped to us at our Camarillo office address which can be found on our website contact page or here:
803 Camarillo Springs Rd, Ste B

To clarify, we will not charge anyone who purchased a system 2.0 device and awaiting its delivery, were provided with the use of a loaner system 1.0 device except in the event of a system 2.0 purchase cancellation.
Again, for those of you who have received a loaner device and choose to wait for the delivery of the system 2.0 once manufacturing is able to resume, you will not be charged for loaner device use.
