Jackie Hart
Passionate about innovating dermatologic skin care, Jackie has been
actively involved in Dermatology for over 25 years. She worked with
Dr’s Theodore Tromovitch, Samuel Stegman, Albert Kligman, and Richard G.
Glogau, from 1980 to 1990 as Director of Training, Education & New
Product Formulation for Cosmedic Research Laboratories.
Jackie gained valuable expertise and experience working with Dr.’s
Tromovitch and Stegman who were two of the founding fathers for the
American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Jackie designed the first
paramedical aesthetic certification and training programs and led in
the development and marketing of numerous dermatologic skin care products.
In 2000, as Director of New Product Development and Marketing, she led
the development of the market’s first particle free microdermabrasion
system. Within two years, through her leadership, the company sold over
4,000 units and attained #1 market share. Jackie was responsible for
the development of industry leader’s training videos, web site, training
manual, marketing material, customer technical support and trade shows.
In 2002, Jackie founded and incorporated CosMedic R & D with the
vision bringing the most efficacious innovations in skin care to medical
practitioners and spa professionals. Through her guidance, CosMedic
R & D is one of the fastest growing skin care solutions provider with patents
pending for both the DermaSweep™ wand tips and the Vacuum Control
Lock Out System. The DermaSweep™ name is trademarked and both
the Epi-Infusion and Skin Specific Solutions names are trademark pending.

Larry Willis
In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Larry brings 30 years of experience
as he oversees the Finance and Accounting aspects of the business.
In 1987 Larry established his own accounting firm of Willis and Walsh, a
successful practice focused on small business and strategic planning.
Prior to that, he spent 7 years as a partner at Bartig, Basler & Ray
working with small business clients.
Larry holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is
affiliated with the AICPA, CA Society of CPA's, IBBA, and CABB.

Corey Hartung
In his role as VP or Marketing & Sales, Corey oversees branding, product
marketing, marketing communications, advertising, tradeshows, media
relations and sales development. He works closely with DermaSweep
accounts to help maximize their sales potential, market awareness and
sales penetration.
In 1999 Corey entered into the Aesthetic Medical industry with CosMedic
R & D responsible for the sales of capital equipment. Prior to joining
CosMedic R & D, he traveled to over 15 countries on assignment for
magazines and productions companies as a cinematographer,
photographer, and director for the action sports and commercial
photography industries.
Corey holds a BS in Agribusiness with a concentration in Marketing from
California Polytechnic State University.

Cheryl Barry
As a licensed medical esthetician, Cheryl combines her training with 10+
years experience developing medical skin care policies and procedures,
hands on patient care, medical skin care practice consulting, and ethical
skin care sales and marketing.
Cheryl develops, writes and presents educational curriculum for
physicians, medical practices, salons and spas, medical skin care
companies, esthetics training programs and the general public. Her
expertise uniquely positions her to assist medical practitioners and spa
professionals utilize skin health education and product education as a
core marketing concept.
Cheryl is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of
Science in Health Care Administration, including a Gerontology
Certificate. She is a graduate of Austin Peay State University with a
Masters of Science in Health and Human Performance with a
concentration in Public and Community Health Education.

Marianne Wolf
Dr. Wolf currently teaches Economics, Marketing Research, and Marketing
Communications at California Polytechnic State University. She is a
former consultant for one of the nation's leading marketing research
companies in the nation, Yankelovich Partners.
She has co-authored two books Simulated Test Marketing: Technology for
Launching Successful New Products and Market New Products
Successfully—both designed to help companies significantly improve the
odds of introducing successful new products. She uses simulated test
marketing methodology for forecasting the sales of new products and the
impact of repositioning existing products in her consulting and teaching.

James Newman
Dr. Newman is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic &
Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr.
Newman published several scientific papers in plastic surgery and laser
cosmetic surgery. He continued his clinical interest in laser and cosmetic
surgery completing a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
at Stanford where he also joined the Faculty where he now lectures on
the latest innovations in Facial Plastic Surgery.
He devotes his practice to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. In
addition to serving on the clinical faculty at Stanford, he serves as a
specialized consultant to the Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital and the Valley
Medical Center in Santa Clara. He holds several advisory board positions
with institutions developing new technology for plastic surgery. While he
performs surgical cases at the Center for Facial Plastic Surgery Center in
San Mateo, he is on staff at Mills-Peninsula, El Camino and Stanford
University Hospitals.
